After coming here for years, we had our rehearsal dinner in the dining room here and every part of it was perfect. Chnoo, Carlos, Veronica, Roman and the rest of the staff combined cohesion, a wonderful atmosphere, on-point food, and excellent service to deliver a night we won't forget. Thank you!!

I just had my DIL baby shower at GATES and it was beautiful from start to finish! Chonee, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and generous. He communicated with me during the entire process and the food and drinks were wonderful! It was a little difficult since i lived on long island and I did not have the opportunity to see it prior to the shower. I highly recommend you check out this gem!!

I went to Gates last Saturday to meet some friends for dinner. I couldn't of been happier with the service. I had the Mediterranean salad and tacos then they had a great cover band. I have been there many times to eat with friends when I'm visiting and always had amazing time.. what are you waiting for go dine -in. Cheers!!!

Have been going to the Gates for decades and still love the food, bar and family-friendly atmosphere. Wife likes the ahi tuna, grandkids like the tacos and mac/cheese (and deserts) - my go-to burger spot.

My family threw me a beautiful baby shower at Gates in New Canaan in November 2024. The staff at Gates made this event absolutely incredible. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all 10/10. Chnoo their manager was lovely to work with and made us feel like a priority every step of the way. I’d highly recommend hosting an event here!
